This is Li... I graduated batch 1993.. under Mr Joseph Genson... he is very tough but great teacher... West City Central is a very good school. I would like to congratulate Little is known about Marie Theresse Mabayo-Bagas, an outstanding public elementary teacher in Cagayan de Oro. In over three decades of teaching mostly poor kids, Mrs. Bagas is witness to the sad state of the country's education. But classes held beneath the trees did not hinder her to render quality instruction. Whatever lack in instruction materials she compensates by attending whatever training she can get to improve her teaching skills. For doing her job excellently, Bagas was chosen by Metrobank as one of the Ten Outstanding Teachers.
